HUNTERS NEEDS CONTEST RULES

• To be eligible, entrant must be at least 18 years of age and show proof of age when necessary.
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• The winner of each contest will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries from the completed contest form. We will notify the winners using the e-mail address that was given when entering the contest. We will not be responsible for wrong or changed email addresses of initial entry, blocking delivery of emails due to spam filters or ISP blocking, wrong phone numbers, disconnected numbers, forwarding numbers or phone numbers not being able to be completed by dialing.
• All winners must notify Hunters Needs within 48 hours of the outgoing posted e-mail time/date, announcing them as the winner. No exceptions allowed.
• The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes that are applicable to the prize. Hunters Needs and sponsoring companies assume no responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
• Winners of contests acknowledge and agree by entering contests, their name may be posted on Hunters Needs website, Facebook and other forms of media at any time without advance notice.
• By entering contests, you accept to have your name and email address added to our database for ongoing newsletters. Your name and email address will remain in our database until entrant takes action to remove themselves from our database.
• Hunters Needs and their subsidiaries sole responsibility is to provide the prize as described and nothing more.
• There will be no cash value paid out by Hunters Needs to the winner for the prize(s) awarded.
• Only one entry per day, per telephone number on entry form will be accepted.
